WOBURN, MA (January 30, 2017) – SERVPRO of Boston has announced that Paul Notartomaso, Jr. has joined their staff as Operations Manager. With years of experience in the restoration industry and knowledge of the SERVPRO system, Notartomaso will work to enhance operational efficiency.

As Operations Manager, Notartomaso will manage production processes and procedures ensuring jobs are completed meeting SERVPRO guidelines. Additionally, he will work to increase overall customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining SERVPRO of Boston, Notartomaso served as a sales and marketing representative and project manager for SERVPRO of Lawrence. In addition to his industry experience, Notartomaso holds a designation in Applied Structural Drying from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. He is also a certified Bio-Recovery Technician from the American Bio Recovery Association and is a Lead-Safe Renovator.

Notartomaso currently resides in Salem, NH with his girlfriend and their two children.
