Laurelmead Cooperative is an independent living community for active older adults. They never had to rely on an integrated marketing approach, but in an increasingly competitive market space they found themselves with apartments available for sale.



JH Communications took over the marketing for the new management team, and began implementing a professional approach to Laurelmead’s marketing. We began conveying the Laurelmead experience through actual videos of residents and distributed them through broadcast and Cable TV, social media and email marketing. Due to the length of their sales cycle, we also created an inbound marketing campaign through HubSpot to stay top of mind for future residents. Today, Laurelmead has its lowest number of available apartments on the market.
