Northeast Investment Group becomes independent to help clients achieve financial success
CRANSTON, R.I. (June 20, 2018) — Led by a team of veteran financial advisors, Northeast Investment Group has officially opened its doors at 1000 Chapel View Boulevard in Cranston to help families and businesses achieve financial growth. Collectively overseeing approximately $340 million in assets, the team of financial management specialists recently signed a service agreement with Kestra Private Wealth Services, LLC (PWS) to help the firm break away from the ‘wirehouse’ model that is prevalent in the financial services industry.
“When it came time to break free from the traditional Wall Street environment, we wanted to partner with a firm that gave us all the tools, support, and guidance needed to focus on our clients and grow our practice. Kestra PWS really delivered on that front,” said Jeffrey Boudjouk, a managing partner at Northeast Investment Group. “We chose Kestra PWS because of the accessibility of their team, the boutique-like atmosphere they cultivate, and their proven track record of empowering advisors to take control of their own destiny.”
Kestra PWS, a registered investment adviser subsidiary of Kestra Financial, Inc., is a technology platform that supports independent financial advisors by processing investment transactions and providing investment advisory services. The platform helps manage many of the back-office operations so that partners can focus on building wealth for clients.
The advisors at Northeast Investment Group collectively have over 75 years of experience in providing financial guidance to individuals, business owners, professionals, retirees, and their families. Northeast Investment Group is led by founding partners Jeffrey M. Boudjouk, Anthony J. Landi Jr. and Deborah Shuster, and Kelly Almonte, a client relationship manager.
“The Northeast Investment Group has a legacy of superior client service that will flourish in the independent model. We’re honored to partner with Jeffrey, Anthony, Deborah, and Kelly at this pivotal time in their professional careers,” said Rob Bartenstein, CEO and senior managing director of Kestra PWS.
Mr. Bartenstein expects the firm to flourish with Kestra PWS because of its similar culture and approach to client satisfaction. “At Kestra PWS, our business is centered on fostering and maintaining close relationships with our advisors, similar to how Northeast Investment Group interacts with their clients,” Mr. Bartenstein said.
Northeast Investment Group was previously affiliated with UBS Financial Services Inc. “All of the groundwork has been laid to ensure we have the tools and services to meet the evolving lifestyles of our clients,” Mr. Boudjouk said. “We invite anyone concerned about their financial future to stop by our office for wealth-building strategies designed for the 21st Century.”
